These Program Terms govern Poki Rewards, a free loyalty and raffle program layered on the Poki Yoki arcade and operated by Poki Yoki, Inc. By participating, you agree to these terms.
The program is joined and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older and a legal U.S. resident. Void where prohibited. Children participate through their parent’s account.
Lifetime stars raise your tier; tiers never go down. Perks unlock by tier and are delivered as single-use codes (or digital cosmetics) subject to monthly limits — first come, first served. Codes are issued and validated by Poki Yoki and may not be sold, transferred, or combined unless stated. Perks and thresholds may change over time.
Periodic prize drops are conducted as sweepstakes. The full eligibility, entry methods (including free alternate method of entry), drawing, odds, and prize details are in the Official Rules, which control in the event of any conflict.
You may share a referral code. When a friend’s parent joins Poki Rewards and applies your code, both households may receive bonus stars. Referral bonuses are subject to anti-abuse rules; self-referrals and fraudulent activity may be voided.
We may adjust, void, or remove stars, entries, perks, or accounts obtained through cheating, automation, or abuse. We may suspend or modify the program at any time.
