Poki Rewards Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Open to legal U.S. residents 18+. Void where prohibited.
- Sponsor. Poki Yoki, Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Children participate only through an enrolled parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Entry period. Each “Monthly Poki Drop” runs for the calendar period shown in the app for that drop. Entries reset each drop period unless otherwise stated in the app.
- How to enter. A parent/guardian joins Poki Rewards (free) and earns raffle entries through everyday play in the Poki Yoki arcade. Higher tiers earn more daily entries.
- Free alternate method of entry (AMOE). No purchase is necessary. To enter without playing, send a 3×5 card with your first name, last initial, email, city, and state to: Poki Yoki, Inc., Poki Rewards AMOE, 7901 4th St. N #21372, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Limit one AMOE entry per outer envelope per drop period; AMOE entries must be received before the drop closes.
- Drawing. Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Prizes. Prizes for each drop are described in the app for that drop and may include Poki Yoki products and digital rewards (for example: starter kits, family packs, swag, Disco Cups, and sticker packs). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is stated in the app or the prize notice for that drop. No cash or substitution except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
- Winner notification. Potential winners are notified using the contact details on the parent account. A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and sign an affidavit/release where lawful. If a winner cannot be reached or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
- Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Publicity. Except where prohibited, accepting a prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name and city/state, and any photos or quotes the winner chooses to share, to announce and promote the program, without additional compensation. A separate signed publicity release is collected before any family is featured. See the Winners Wall.
- Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, violates the rules, or acts in bad faith.
- State registration / bonding. Where required by the ARV thresholds of a given drop, the Sponsor will complete applicable state registration and bonding before that drop opens.
- Winners list. For a list of winners for a given drop, email support@pokiyoki.com after the drawing date.
- Governing terms. These Official Rules supplement the Poki Rewards Program Terms and Privacy Policy and control over any conflicting promotional copy.
