These SMS Terms (the “Terms”) govern the Poki Yoki, Inc. (“Poki Yoki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text-messaging program. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. They’re written for the parents and guardians who run a Poki Rewards account.
Our text-messaging program, “Poki Yoki rewards & offers,” sends recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages — things like reward reminders, new-product offers, raffle and sweepstakes updates, and special perks. The program runs on an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC messaging platform, and our brand and program name will appear in the messages you receive so you always know they’re from us.
When you opt in — by checking the SMS consent box and/or providing your mobile number for texts — you give Poki Yoki your prior express written consent to send you recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to enroll it.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, of playing the games, or of entering Poki Rewards. You can join Poki Rewards, play, and enter our raffles and sweepstakes without ever signing up for texts.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions — for example, you might receive up to roughly 4–8 messages per month, though the actual number will vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your wireless carrier and depend on your mobile plan; Poki Yoki does not charge you to receive our texts. Please check with your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP — or CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — to any message you receive from us. After you do, we’ll send a single confirmation text letting you know you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated and reseller networks, among others. Carrier support may change, and not all carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may change, suspend, or end the text-messaging program, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued enrollment after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
The mobile number and SMS information you share with us is used to operate this program. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your SMS consent or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
