Poki Rewards is operated by parents, for families. This notice explains how we treat children’s privacy.
Poki Rewards is joined and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect children’s names or birthdays.
When a parent or guardian joins, they consent to Poki Yoki, Inc. collecting the parent/guardian details they enter — name, email, and state (and later, optionally, mobile number, city, and kid age-bands) — to administer the program and send the rewards the family asks for.
At sign-up, the joining adult confirms: “I am the parent or legal guardian of the child using this device, I am 18 or older, and I consent to Poki Yoki, Inc. collecting the information I provide to run Poki Rewards.” The parent controls the account and the rewards the family receives.
A parent or guardian can withdraw consent or ask us to review or delete the information they provided anytime at privacy@pokiyoki.com.
